Random Save File Appeared
I had a save file appear in my game that is not from me with all stats maxed out and maxed time. I don't know where this came from and not sure if its there from something I've done in game. I have not selected the file in fear of spoiling the game so my question is should I delete it or there a reason for it being there that I will have to figure out as I continue playing.

For reference I noticed the file as I was exploring and trying different things. After I rung the second bell and learned about holding "A" to pray at blocks I started trying to see if I could pray at golden doors or things that look like a golden door. I knew there was a "broken" looking one in the forest of the first area and saw nothing happened. I noticed I still got down to pray so I tested if I could do it in any place which I could so I started to think "What else gives me the same feeling as the blocks I can pray at?" and tried on a golden platform and that led me down a path where I'm now confused if I'm doing things I should be at this time. But after discovering that I used some dynamite when I didn't want to and went to reload to see if I would still have the dynamite I used, this is when I discovered the save file.

I did the same thing, asking about it here in fear that the save files would contain spoilers.
In other words, that save file's appearance is perfectly intended.

its intended, dont delete it, you'll need it later, feel free to load it, it probably wont make sense and cant really spoil anything

Sometime in the future it will be obvious why the file exists, and at that point you can play it and things will make a lot more sense.
