Missing Key?

So, I've basically completed the game. I've found all the secrets, deciphered almost the entire book... and yet, on my inventory screen, the blue key is missing. It only shows the red and Green in the lower two slots, with the top slot empty. Is that... normal?

The blue key is bugged I think. Idk why it does this, but it's not gonna softlock you.
