How do I get to Old Burying Ground?

I have defeated three bosses and obtained three crystals, but I don't know where to go next.
I have not been to Old Burying Ground in the locations listed in the manual, so I am looking for directions to this location, but I have been looking for almost 3 hours now and still have no idea how to get there.
Can someone tell me without spoilers?
