ruined atoll end-game

Is there any way to get to ruined atoll once the map has changed? The normal entrance seems to be blocked off and the fast travel pad is as well

No, there is no way to go back to Ruined Atoll while you're in spirit form.

However, once you've restored your body, you can go back to your old house and sleep. The world will return to normal/turn into day time, so you can continue to explore the map.
