Charms / Passive effects

[Blue Cat Person]

Anyone figure out what the various charms / cards / passive effects do?
Tincture slightly ups damage you do, while massively increasing damage you take.
Aura's Gem says "Parry Time Up," but I can't figure out what exactly that does.
Not a clue what Anklet does.

The Anklet increases walking speed, which also applies during combat and with the shield up. Does not affect running. I use it at all times.

I'm not quite finished with the game yet but I could go over some more. It's kinda fun to figure out what they do.
