How do i go down the well?

Following the game-manual, it says I need to go down the well, but when I try, a message with unknown language shows, but I can't go down. I am missing something?

I think you are confused to what they are talking about in the game manual, there is indeed a well, that you need to go inside, but the well you cannot go down, is basically a wishing well. At some point you'll collect coins you'll find in treasure chests, their purpose is to be thrown in those wishing wells. To help you find THE well, you could try checking out your position on the map.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about the small well.
If you need to go down the well, you must find the key to the Old House first.

Yes, I need to go down the well. Where is located? I had the key of the house since this was the previous step. But I have no clue where to go now.
