Do I need New Game Plus? (spoilers)

I've beaten the final boss, and the game is asking me if I want to stick around or do New Game Plus. Is there anything I can only get in New Game Plus, or can I get the remaining ending, secret items etc. in the world as it is?

I don't think there's anything exclusive to new game+ other than a couple of new enemy placements, but I only just started my NG+ run
You can definitely get the other ending in new game, and I don't think there'd be any secrets you need NG+ for

if you didnt complete the game manual then you can "Retry" start with the pages you had, and find the ones you dont. or you can NG+ which is essentially you keeping everything but the Dash ability and then you play the game pretty much the same, the only difference is there will be more late game mobs in a few earlier places and etc, when you complete the game manual and share your wisdom with the Heir you get the True ending.
