Keep disconnecting

When playing against friends, I keep disconnecting. For everyone else it looks like a long load and then a connection lost, and I zone into the game and after a few seconds it tells me Connection Lost. I forwarded the ports, is there anything else I can do?

We can usually play one or two games before this happens, too, so it's not completely unplayable.

Update: this seems to happen at certain maps, weirdly enough.
