Alternative way to unlock the noise clone skins?

So I'm only level 23 and I some how unlocked the Latch and Candyman noise clone skins. I was just playing some local games with friends and for some reason they unlocked. Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know why they would of unlocked that way?

It's just how you unlock noise clones, by leveling up in online matches

I know you can unlock them by playing online matches. But I didn't unlock them that way. I shouldn't have unlocked Latch and Candyman noise skins at level 23. They just randomly unlocked while I was playing local matches. I'm wondering if anyone knows why?

I didn't realize that you were lvl 23, that is weird, I unlocked those way before level 20 and I didn't saw you were in local matches as well, I'm deeply sorry.

I'm thinking there is another way to unlock noise skins by completing offline matches. I've seen someone else say there were able to unlock them without playing online. Unfortunately, it seems like no one has documented how many matches you have to play in order to unlock them.
