I love subs a lot and bbs and just about every class really. If you like using radar try tier 10 British sub Thrasher It can stay under water forever, its a lot of fun. Gato Is the best sub high dmg torps get It if you get a chance ,I love It. And Balao and u-2501 are neck and neck. Just keep grinding all your ships so next year you will get rewards for the anniversary and the holiday events.
Thanks! I'm enjoying my time in this game a lot and having loads of fun as sub, I do hope I don't get burned out of playing sub though, Currently working on my german subs and already unlocked the u-2501 and having loads of fun with it, Only about 300k experience to fully max out my commander as well. I tried german aircraft carries but I can't hit those AP rockets at all, They either all bounce or over penetrate so I gave up on german air craft carries until I saw the Max Immelman aircraft carrier, Only 70000 coal right now though as I believe I wasted around 35k on one of the commanders as I really didn't know anything about currencies when I started, I also wasted all of the free dubloons when selling the ships I thought I no longer needed 'cost of removing modules' but I'm in a good spot right now and I think I understand how to manage economy.
I'm a new player, joined a few monht ago and I'm already sick and tired of being randomly detected by panes. CVs capitans operate multiple squadrons from a safe corned of a map, risking nothing else that travel time while I risk irreversible damage and destruction.
I cannot understand why CVs have unlimited number of planes.
Because of that nonsens I made a decision not to buy any premium ships for dublos, to simply not to create any permanent bonds with this title.
And it looks like the situation is getting worse because new hyibrid frankenstein premium ships have been added
If I wanted to play Warld of Planes I would do it, but I chose "Ships" for a reason.
CV's don't have unlimited planes. In a 20 minute battle (the maximum) they can spawn roughly the number of planes they could carry in real life. It's not a hard number as balance is more important than realism but it's roughly that number.
And no names. Remember to be respectful toward other players.
He said the game was fine *UNTIL* CV was introduced.
He's also said he's since 2016
*EXCEPT* CVS have been in game since flipping BETA
Not only that, it was like a year before he played anyways
Meaning he's *NEVER* been playing the game ***WITHOUT*** CVS....not ever.
Also the planes don't play anything like ♥♥♥ at all period.
The game is about Naval Warfare, Guess what CVs were....big in ww2
Midway, Many other battles were won because CVs.
Also MR. New to the game, no one denies being targeted by a CV sucks, learn to mitigate or be food for a CV, those are your options.
You aren't "randomly" detected by planes. Your ship has an air-detection radius; the squadrons have a surface detection radius (usually 10km; only IJN torp bombers have lower base detection IIRC). You can typically see them coming from miles off, giving you ample time to prepare. Depending on the ship you're in, you can have all day and night to preemptively disengage and get ready to mitigate a strike.
They risk losing the game if the lengthy travel time, poor target selection, and poor quality attack strikes waste so much time that they have negligible battle impact.
You, however, can win a game just by tanking one of the most influential classes in the game and wasting their time.

But you can understand why DDs don't just fire off a couple of salvoes of torpedoes and then run out and can't torp anything for the last 15 minutes of a match?
Players can-and-do get deplaned; even good players who can mitigate a lot of plane losses are obliged to rotate and shorten squadrons to avoid having any given squadron lose combat effectiveness.
Because you never heard of the Battle of Midway? Or Pearl Harbour? Or Coral Sea? Or Taranto? Or the sinking of the Bismarck? Yamato?
I mean, I could go on...
And it's absolutely fair to wonder why it apparently took him 8 years to realise that.
Also please explain how it is "ignorance" to point out that CVs were not introduced into the game as he claims they were. But were part of it from the very start.
By the very definition of the word, the OP would be the ignorant one here. Since he was the one making false claims.
You don't like CVs in the game? Perfectly fine. A lot of players will agree with you. But that does not excuse calling others ignorant for not going along with made up, false claims about the ship class.
> complains about naval aircraft in video games
> recommends Sea Power
> its a tactical missile and air superiority video game where aircraft and CVs are literally god tier
