Sorry to hear that you are experiencing crashes after updating Windows.
In order for us to be able to look further into this, can you provide the following info:
Do you get any error messages when the game crashes? If so, could you share a screenshot of the error message?
Your PC specs?
Is the game installed on the same drive as Ubisoft Connect and Steam?
I would recommend taking a look at one of our troubleshooting guides[ubi.li] and following any steps you may not have tried yet.
