I've taken note of your report regarding a launch Issue with Far Cry 5, and I'm sorry to hear that this is preventing you from enjoying the game !
Your thread has been moved to the dedicated Player Support section, to bring it the best possible visibility.
Far Cry 5 is compatible with the Operating Systems listed in our {LINK REMOVED}dedicated article.
As Manjaro is not part of that list, this can explain why both Ubisoft Connect and the game are not launching.
Should you have questions, or for any other Issue, don't hesitate to reach out !

I have been able to run most unsupported games I have downloaded on Manjaro through the use of Proton, and this one looks like it would work too if I can just fix these errors like uPlay PC Is Not Installed and Video Adapter Not Available. Is there a way to get steam to reinstall UPlay PC?
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with the error, but Uplay is our now unsupported old game launcher which is sometimes still installed with our older games on Steam, so you could try downloading Ubisoft Connect from our website instead and see if this helps.

click on the game >select properties and select local files
shows the folder they are installed to and gives you the option to verify your game install
if you have the game via steam you Right click on your game select it and again select properties and verify your game files
also the game may not run very well on a GTX 680 its an outdated GPU with limited video ram and yea even gets out performed by a GTX 1050 Ti

also it uses a Kepler chip that nvidia is no longer supporting for driver updates
https://www.techspot.com/news/91723-nvidia-officially-ends-driver-support-kepler-gpus-windows.html
bottom line install windows 10 and get a better GPU
Thank you for kindly sharing the solution for Windows.
We would also recommend these steps as we don't directly support Linux based systems.
If ever we can help in the future, just let us know.

Actual performance I don't really care about, 30FPS is fine for me, I just want the game to launch haha
Thank you for the update!
If your game was purchased from Steam, both Steam and Ubisoft Connect would be required to run in order to start your game.
If you have any other questions, please let us know!

As previously mentioned, and apologies if we were not totally clear, we can only advise troubleshooting issues on Windows systems as we don't officially support Linux.
The only steps I can really advise you for pressing the Play button in Steam, and the game not launching would be the following >>
-Make sure you have downloaded, installed and are currently using the new Ubisoft Connect game launcher (formerly Uplay) from our website > https://ubi.li/4vxt9
-Run the game as an Administrator in its Properties options
-Try verifying the game's files, in case a corrupted file or missing game file, is causing this issue >
Ubisoft Connect > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000060529
Steam > https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/0C48-FCBD-DA71-93EB
-Try deleting the Ubisoft Connect cache and Steam cache folders, to delete any temporary files that may be causing this issue, by following both guides for each launcher >
Steam > https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/6AD7-820D-8BE5-E51F
Ubisoft Connect > https://www.ubisoft.com/help?article=000061966
-Check any Anti-Virus software you may use on your computer, in case the game is blocked from launching or connecting online and make sure the game or any supporting software for the game is not quarantined or blocked
if these steps do not work for you, the game may be unable to launch on your Linux system regrettably.
