If you go into big picture mode, controller configuration, and look at the community submitted ones, there is one that has the d-pad mapped to the KB&M keys but the rest of the controls are normal assignment.
So ps4 troller for now if you got it. Also you can customize the touchpad, so better overall for us.
Just wish the Link issue didn't exist.
1. Connect one xbox controller to host computer (pc running game)
2. Connect second xbox controller to steamlink
3. In steam "Big Picture" mode:
Click Far Cry 5>
Manage game>
Controller options>
Use steam configuration for non-steam Controllers>
Select (forced off) click ok>
4. Run game.
A fix was released by another player. Go to bigscreen and it's in the community section. Rebind the Reverse key to the instructed key on the keyboard. B button on your controller will now be reverse/lower.
That fix works fine and given Ubisoft's track record for patches/fixing issues, I wouldn't expect it to be fixed any time soon even though they are aware of it.
