Far Cry 5
Far Cry 5 Startet Nicht - Authentifikationsfehler
Ich wollte nach einem Monat wiedereinmal Far Cry spielen. Als ich dann auf starten gedrückt habe startete U-play wie normal aber dann kam die meldung:
"Bei der Authentifizierung des Eigentümers dieses Produkts ist ein Fehler aufgetreten.Bittekontaktiere unseren Kundendienst, falls du Hilfe bei der Lösung dieses Problems benötigst." Wenn ich U-play normal starte dann ist Far Cry auch nicht mehr in der Spielebibliothek und wenn ich meine Kaufs-History anschaue dann zeigt es auch Far-Cry nicht an--> Es ist so als ob ich dieses Spiel nie gehabt hätte. Nun weiss ich nicht wie ich dieses spiel je wieder spielen kann. Ich würde micht sehr über hilfe freuen.

PS: Das ganze ist passiert nachdem ich mein Passwort gewechselt habe (weil ich es vergessen habe) villeicht hat das etwas damit zu tun.

I'd say you are probably trying to play on the wrong Uplay account, especially if this happened after a password reset.

Hi, sure i will translate this into englisch: My problem is:

I wanted to play Far Cry again after a month. When I pressed then start on U-play started as normal but then there came this message:
"There was an error authenticating the owner of this product. Please contact our customer support for help resolving this issue." If I start U-play normally then Far Cry is not in the game library any more and if I look at my purchase history then it does not show Far-Cry -> It's like I never had this game. Now I do not know how I can ever play this game again. I would not be very happy about help.

PS: It all happened after I changed my password (because I forgot it) maybe it has something to do with it.

Hey, thanks a lot for you're respond, i already wrote and e-mail ( 2 or 3 weeks ago) to the ubisoft support about this. Until now they didnt respond. And in the forums they say, as you said: "try to login with the account on which you bought the game." but i dont know what on which account i bought it and they said if i dont know i have to wirte an e-mail to the support but they dont respond..
