error 000001 system requirments not met q

i get this error every time i try to run the game i guess its my old ass cpu anybody know for sure \
amd athlon (tm) x4 645 16gb ddr3 and gtx 1050 ti some feedback would be much appreciated

I don't believe that your CPU supports SSE 4.1 or AVX, which are requirements to run the game. As such your system would be considered to be below the minimum requirements.

thank you, your development team should really think about putting in big bold letters near the game title that some older cpu`s are not supported whatsoever it would save alot of time and frustration 3.1 Ghz is not terrrible by much the rest of my pc pics up slack on all other triple A titles again thank you steam has yet to refund my money i hope it happens soon as it only took me 12 minutes of not game time and several hours of reading up on the subject and running compatibility issues and other things like that
