"Good Samaritan" mission fail

I am having a situation during Father Jerome's mission where I need to save hostages at the pig farm, however the cultists there are being agro'd before I am even spotted, resulting in them killing the hostages and me failing the mission.

This is on easy difficulty.

From an observation, I think that the flamethrower heavy that is idling at the AO is setting a fire that spreads, which agro's the garrison to attack the hostages before I can even react.

I managed to finish the mission by throwing stealth out the window and just quickdrawing everyone, but I assume the mission was intended to be done with stealth.

Yeah, I played that mission myself and did not run into that issue, but the situation sounds plausible.

But yeah, that normally ends up the case with any mission I play.... Stealth then everything turns to chaos and have to pull the big guns out!
