Question regarding two Ubisoft Club items

How do you unlock the Community T-Shirt and the Far Cry® 5 Weapon Skin.

Be aware that the Community T-Shirt is a shirt that states, "I was the first to play Far Cry 5 and all I got was this lousy T-Shirt." The conditions to unlock are as stated, "An exclusive reward earned by being active in selected community activites."

The Far Cry® 5 Weapon Skin appears to be an assault rifle with a golden texture pattern. To aquire this item it says, "Log into the Far Cry® 5 website with your Ubisoft account." Bear in mind that; I have attempted this prior to the game's release using both chrome and firefox. I also attempted to access the site via Ubisoft's in-game browser. I have also attempted to be logged in prior to visiting the site, and log-in to the site directly while being in a logged out state. The website that I used is the same one listed on the game's steam page https://far-cry.ubisoft.com/game/en-us/home/.

The Community shirt is going to be related to some community events, which have yet to be announced.

For the Weapon Skin, it's not the main site it's one dedicated to the Arcade mode, which should be available later today.

Ok cool, was a bit worried XD. Also, are the featured items permanetly avaliable to buy or only temporary?

I purchased all the upgrades for the weapons I wish to use currently, thus now I am saving up for all the featured items.
