Mouse Cursor won't disappear
The mouse cursor won't disappear and stays in the center of the screen. I'm trying to play with a controller on an Ultrawide monitor. Please help...

Thank you for reporting this to us.

What display mode are you using? For instance Windowed/Fullscreen

Are you able to move the cursor out of the view to the bottom corner? Do you have trails enabled on your mouse in the settings? If so try turning that off.

I was using Fullscreen mode. I reset the game and didn't touch the mouse and it went away. Originally the mouse cursor wouldn't move out of the center of the screen. The character would move around screen but the cursor would stay centered.

So awesome for the quick customer support. Awesome game! Great job all around!

This occurs for me as well, the reason It occurs for me is anytime I open the ubisoft overlay. Still havent found a resolution that will work, aside from restarting the game and not touching the ubisoft overlay, which doesnt mesh well when playing with friends

Are you using any other overlays, aside from Steam and Uplay?

UbiHolz, Seems radeon has there own overlay as well. So those two and radeon, never used it though and seems it came with the most recent driver/software update.

It happens to anyone that has uplay. It's been a problem since 2015 as far as I know. I bought far cry this week it's so much fun but the uplay double cursor bug is very annoying only solution is to restart the game. But when you open uplay again you can get the same problem

As you can say this can happen due to the Uplay Overlay. Are you using any other overlays? Sometimes this can cause issues with the cursor going away.

It may also be worth re-installing Uplay, to see if there's an error with the current client. You can do this through the steps here[support.ubi.com]

I only have the steam overlay I never use anything else. I'll see if reinstalling Uplay will fix the problem.

Oh sorry for not reacting sooner. It did not work the problem is still there.

Please try deleting the local save for the game which by default is located here:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\savegames\<uplayid>\1843

All the weapon and operator unlocks are stored online,
Deleting this file will reset the settings, loadouts and progress through Situations as this information is only stored locally.

Sadly this did not fix the problem. :/

What GPU do you have ?
Are you certain you are playing full screen and not windowed full screen.
