Thanks for the video. Have you got the game fully updated? We've only had issues reported being stuck in the bunker with the mission "Only You" and they were both fixed with title update 5. All you have to do is reload the checkpoint if you have the game updated fully and it should work.
You can make sure it is updated by verifying the game files in Steam (From the Library section, right-click on the game and select Properties from the menu. Select the Local files tab and click the Verify integrity of game cache.)
Please let us know:
- If you have the game fully updated
- If you did skip the cutscene in the mission
- If you died while trying to escape the bunker so we can report the issue is back.

If you are still stuck in the bunker, we would advise you to reload at the last checkpoint. If that also does not resolve the issue for you, it is like that you may need to start the game on a new save game.

I was able to fix this problem by inviting my friend to a cooperative game and then this bug was eliminated and I was able to leave the bunker.
