Far Cry 5 Bug Razing the Steaks / Special Delivery (HELP)

I am having a huge problem in the game right now, I am caught in a fail cycle that is a bug stemming from Razing the Steaks. I got Razing the steaks initially one of the times John hit me with Bliss Bullets and CHEAPly captured me... which annoys me enough... but that was like 30 hours ago of play time. Anyways, I did not care to do that quest or even bother with it so I ignored it. Now I have the quest "special delivery" where Kim is having the baby and I am rushing Nick and Kim somewhere in their truck to presumably deliver the baby. Now I complete the quest, I.E. make the run in time and get the update for success of making the run in time, then suddenly "Razing the steaks" fails and resets the game, basically failing both quests. and then in resets, leaving me less than 200 meters from the objective of "Razing the steaks"... which as I said, I don't care to do. now I figured maybe I will do that one to just get it out of the way so I can go get "Special Delivery" done, but a few steps toward that objective and I fail "special Delivery".... I try "quit mission" which it seems like it works, and sends me to Fall's End, not far from Nick's place, I hop in a car and race over there, begin "special delivery" succeed in beating the time, then bam, I fail Razing the steaks and the game resets me, and both quests. Someone help. This problem in ongoing, absolutley repeatable, meaning it happens EVERY time... I just want to quit/erase/ignore "Razing the steaks" and do special delivery, becuz THAT quest matters to me... I even tried killing that kip guy, the quest giver of razing the steaks once when it didn't fail me at "special delivery" right off... but then it "failed" Razing the steaks... and reset the game

OOOkay, so I'm having this SAME EXACT issue, so you're not crazy.

A) ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ this game is incredibly buggy
B) I'm about to try completing "Razing the Steaks" -before- "Special Delivery". Hoping that works.

Edit: That works. Do the steaks mission before the delivery mission.
