Movement Glitch?

While I am playing my controls will freeze up and what ever I was doing, like walking in a direction or shooting an automatic gun, will just keep happening for a few seconds and I can't do anything till it stops. I can't look anywhere or even pause. It sucks when I am trying to do stealth and I go far away passed the cover. I am playing an PC. (Even if I am not moving it will just freeze my guy and I can't do anything so I get shot)

what are your exact system specs ?

is your PC a laptop or a desktop ?

did you install the HD texture pack ?

have you verified your game files and exited all other un needed back round applications before you launch the game ?

the game runs perfectly fine here in 1080 P with ultra settings
just turned down a few settings like shadows and aa

ASUS Strix Z 270 H gaming motherboard
16 gig of ram ( crucial DDR 4 2400 in dual channel mode )
Gigabyte 6 gig GTX 1060 (windforce 2 model)
samsung evo SSD drive
