can't purchase Far Cry 3 and Far Cry 5 Gold Edition at the same time

I guess it would let me purchase them if I do them separately but just wanted to know if this is a bug or an actual warning that I'm buying a game twice?

far cry 5 as part of its season pass comes with far cry 3 deluxe edition
at least it did when i bought far cry 5 gold back in 2018
several months after the game shipped
they unlocked the part of the season pass that gave me a free ubi copy of far cry 3 deluxe
i already owned far cry 3 deluxe on steam so i have 2 now and no longer use or install my steam copy
