cull the herd
does anyone know how to access cull the herd? every time I walk up to the building, I respawn far away

I've tried every possible way. Swimming, helicopter and edging along the back wall. I got to the front gate and respawned on the other side of the pond. I've even tried after killing Jacob. Some youtubers have done it, but I just can't.

is it just not meant for the game or is that actually something that you have to do for part of the game?

There IS a safe inside. The only safe in Hope County I have not opened.

CULL is a side mission! SO many others... You have to gain access! Then they are allowed!

Cull is not in a building , it the the COw herd that was scared! Bring them back!
