Faith's Region 42/43 Mission missing bug or not getting something right

Hey so im nearing the end of the game. Im just missing the final mission "Where it All Began" where you confront Joseph but afaik this isnt tied to any region so its irrelevant. But because im kind of "do all side quests before finishing the game" kind of guy I sort of have this obsession to find that missing mission in Faith's region.
