ARCADE hero: Ubisoft, please remove the achievement.

I got the achievement. It took me 3-5 hours of just loading the game and crashing. I'm not trying make a case as to why the idea for the mode is bad or how ubisoft should fix or how they should have a better moderation system. It's a single player game, and they moved on. I get it, it's fine. But this achievement is just straight bad bad. The way to get it is make your program crash for several hours. It's unintentional behavior which is not dealt with during run time, and never will.

Please ubisoft, spare everyone else and just remove the achievement. It will take a single dev a single morning before lunch to do it. You get, even if minor, but still good will out of it. It doesn't affect me anymore, but it's just a bad look. There is a difference between buggy/clunky/boring content vs the game straight crashing. Don't have any other social media to ask from, so I hope they see it from here.

This is what i did for it to work, EVENTUALLY i got a map that didnt crash.

yes, "bunker long" map is the only good one as far as i'm aware

This is basically what I did. I counted the amount of crashes I got and it was over 100 crashes before I finally got a working map. Once you get a working map, just kill yourself and restart the map 5 times

They should also remove the zombies 5000 achievement. I have been doing the afk farming method since last night, it has run for 8+ hours by the barn door killing zombies and I still dont have the achievement. Or at the very least they should add a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ counter somewhere so that we can see the progress

I just got this achievement. Luckily, it only took 20 minutes. Once you have successfully connected to a working arcade hero map, you can get the achievement by repeating the play again 4 times after completing the mission. The problem is, we don't know how many times we need to restart the game before finding such a map, but once we find it, we only have to repeat it 4 times, which is very quick to achieve.

Theres another one I can't remember but its a purple texture shipping crate one, you can actually kill yourself on it so you can rush it

Just search for maps and play the highest rated ones. I recommend the GoldenCry aka the Goldeneye remake maps.

it took me two hours to find a map that works

an important note from a guide about this ive read is first browse maps by newest to see if there are any that were made the same day that dont have a lot of plays, if there are not many you might never find those maps in arcade hero so you might want to try another day

if you manage to find a map where you can die, great, kill yourself and repeat the map 5 times, that counts

also, most importantly because people are f**king stupid, afterwards, DO NOT LIKE/DISLIKE THE MAP, if the map gets enough votes its taken out of arcade hero, dont be a d*ck
