Way to straight unlock infamous difficulty?

Is there some kind of way to do this? I'm playing this game on hard and its SOOOOOOO easy. Really hate this aspect of the game.

Resistance mod has an option to swap the hard difficulty into infamous difficulty:

P.s. if infamous is still too easy, you could consider changing NPC's weapons to be random. no more AR's everywhere, and peggies can easily obliberate you now with their fully decked out shotgun/rpg/revolver etc. :P
