cef_visit_web_plugin_info error
cef_visit_web_plugin_info could not be found in the dynamic library
Whenever I try to open FC5 I always get this message. "The procedure entry point cef_visit_web_plugin_info could not be located in the dynamic link library libcef.dll" and I have tried to fix it several times without success. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game, and updated the Steam client ( already running in the current update), but still unsuccessfully. Could anyone help me?

Is this error somehow related to Win11?

Make sure you have the latest Ubisoft Connect[ubisoftconnect.com] installed, and that you are running Windows 8.1 or above.

If you're still on Windows 7, you may need to resort to installing older Uplay clients, which isn't supported.

Hi Steve64b,

I have
Windows 11 - 64 bit,
AMd ryzen 7 5700U,
16 cpus,
directx 12
over 5000 MB available
memory - 16 gb

just to let you know, I started playing the game a couple of weeks back. I must have played for about 2 hours or so. When I tried it last time, I was facing the issue as mentioned.

Yeah, most likely it's a bad Ubisoft Connect installation. Did you uninstall it & install the latest version from the Ubisoft Connect website?
