John Seed has summoned you to Fall's End
but I already killed him? I did the mission where you shoot down his plane, then get his keys from his body. It still shows this so I can't beat the game.

That is weird, have you tried going there and doing the mission over again? Or maybe go to other key mission parts to try and make the game realize what happened, no idea if it'll help, hope it works out for ya!
Nevermind it turns out I had to go to his bunker even though the missions wasn't showing up as that for some reason.
Ahh okay, yeah that got me my first time too, sorry I would of told you about that but I forgot that it does that.
