Far Cry Arcade not playable

is far cry 5 arcade mode dead? it's been 5 days now and i only get this redhorn-4800002 error. ubisoft support website hasn't responded once in 2 days

Update: It's fix now. I can play Arcade mode now regardless of whether I toggled steam overlay on or off. I didn't use any VPN.

Far Cry 5 coop servers down

Has anyone else been having this problem in the past couple of days? I've been playing a game with my buddy overseas and after Monday we haven't been able to connect, it says failure to contact Far Cry 5 servers. Tried from both in-game and Ubisoft Connect, no difference (don't have the option to join or invite in UC). I don't see any other posts about this problem anywhere. Since my buddy has the same symptoms, it doesn't appear to be just my region.

Cannot connect to game servers after a crash

Hi! So yesterday I was playing Arcade, Arcade hero mode to be specific, with my friend and we got one random map that crashed my game and game of my friend but after starting FC5 back up my game won't connect to Far cry servers, it always says that the far cry service is not aviable and that i should try later alongside error message : Error: Redhorn-3800089. This happened yesterday and still happens only to me (my friend has no issue connecting to FC servers). Altough the error message now says: Error: Redhorn-48000002 and I have no idea on how to fix it.

Yeah i have literally the same issue but the funny thing is that I have the issue but my friend from the same country doesnt

It's still down. We tried Breakpoint and it works fine coop, so it is a specific-game-related issue, I don't know whether it affects other Far Cry games as well. I fear that Ubisoft is coming to an end - and a crash at that. They've said they were going back to the Steam delivery system/manager, could that be that they can't afford to do it themselves any more? Only time will tell.
Ubi servers have been only getting worse over the years (I couldn't say this line on Ubisoft forums, they would surely censor it, and my buddy was banned for posting a negative post about a Ubisoft game).

I haven't been able to play for days. Frankly, you should be able to play the game offline. If this is not fixed immediately it will be my last Far Cry purchase.

Well rainbowsix siege servers works well and also the division 2 and breakpoint too. Maybe is only a temporaly issue.

It may be a routing issue that depends on your internet connection. If you have access to VPNs or a mobile hotspot, see if you can connect from that connection instead, for the time being.
