Problem with 'fire in the hole' stash

Basically I go down under the house and I'm supposed to be able to blow the wooden blockage in the tunnel up to proceed, However I cannot do this, I've tried dynamite, Rocket launcher etc. it just won't blow up?

Never mind I figured it out, If your dynamite is set to sticky it won't blow it up, But if you set sticky to off it works. Definite bug.

You also can shoot the boards as long as you're aiming
