Far Cry 5 cover system

There is a cover sytem in the game not many seem to know about it works the same way as the Fallout 4 cover sytem.

Move up to the cover of a wall or a box and aim down your sights close to the edge this will make you lean out of the corner works for above too so you can pop up and go back down into cover, very usful if your under fire and need to use a medkit :)

It wont stop the peggies throwing grenades at you though :)

I'm suprised ppl don't know about this.But that being said with that cover you can kinda save yourself from grenades too if you spend perk points in the skill that lets you throw the same grenade back.

I only get this to work if Aim is set to Toggle.
Anyone know of a fix to get it to work in Hold-mode?
