are the DLCs playable in coop?
I see that on their storepage it shows only Single Player...

Yes, you can play with a friend in all the DLCs. Others can confirm for me. When playing coop. the difficulty always follow the host's. So, do ask first if you are joining someone's game and not hosting one. Hope this help.
