Lost on Mars. Clutch Nixon Stunts challenge. Listen. Devs.
Ok, Devs. Whoever designed half of those challenges, or maybe almost all needs to "check" himself.

I do love your games (Farcry series and 1 Assassin game), maybe at least most of them, not all, so I mostly completed them 100%; I'm completionist, at least I try to be, so I'm not like one of real nerdy, geeky gamers out there, I'm just one of those average, or regular people, and those challenges are mostly painful.

They were not fun, even in the end when I figured or mastered out the key of speed, maneuvering, it was not a satisfying experience. It was all rage induced (at least I overcame it because I started paying attention more and there was progress), especially those curves that whoever made them. Those level designs did not make players to appreciate whomever created them, it's like one time finish and people would be glad to uninstall, and never bother with them ever again. Not everyone of course, but I guarantee that many regular people like me felt same way.

Please take notice and make challenges more fun, memorable, rewarding in future games. Thanks.

The Clutch Nixon missions were the one thing I liked about lost on mars. The rest of it was a tedious and boring waste of time.

General missions are little repetitive, except those hallucination missions, though they were still little painful, more than being fun.

Like I said, there are always people still loving those types of challenge, nothing is wrong, but just that most normal, regular gamers don't find it fun, because those levels are simply crafted to "punish" than rewarding. I just don't speak for most, you can find that most people complaining it on internet. Clutch Nixon challenges are mostly waste of time.

Oh, so I'm not a normal regular gamer?

Ok...

Maybe it's more the case that you don't have the patience required for anything challenging. I mean I don't know how you think those missions 'punnish'. They are simply a challenge. Something that is difficult to overcome, but rewarding in doing so.
They're not even a requirement for completion, they're entirely optional.

And I love how you keep trying to sound like you are the voice of 'many'. Protip: You are not. You're just bad at the game and bitter about it.
You started this thread because you were angry that you don't posses enough skill to overcome such challenges.

Work on your own gaming skills instead of trying to blame the game. Nobody cares about your pathetic snowflake-esque whining.

Funny how you got all woke up and ****. Did I just trigger you that bad?! Like I said, surely there are many many found those challenges fun, and I don't want to judge them, I just state the fact, the fact is that majority of them are not "regular" people, and it is not a bad thing, it can be a good thing, so slow your horse down, don't just start name calling.

What makes you think that I didn't finish those challenges? Didn't you read what I wrote? I finished them through, but they were not fun, not memorable, not satisfying, not feeling of rewarding, even after I got them, because they are just stupid and cheap. This is FarCry, not Getting Over It, or Darksoul, or like any dumb challenge games out there. Now if they can just improve more on those challenge designs, surely they can at least create something that is in middle so all can enjoy, so basically what I said there is not just about me, or many like me. We all can always go to the middle ground.

No, I don't speak for many, I literally wrote that in other post, I just stated the frustration of many, I can bring up some proofs here. It's funny because even after I got those challenges, I was curious to see if I were the only one felt the frustration. Also, yes I know they are optional totally, even game achievement wise, but like I said, I love the game so at least I put some thoughts on here, and I know that some of devs actually still read the forum.
Here are just couple videos, read comments on 1st one. The second one kinda amused me, I randomly found it on YT, it felt relatable.

A challenge = something difficult to achieve

You are asking the devs to make something easier that is specifically designed to be difficult

Why should it be meant to be easier? Ok maybe tuning it down is only way to you, if you are not creative enough? I mean, is it possible to make something still challenging, but fun, memorable, rewarding at same time? Not rage inducing, not having a feeling like “oh finally I made it, screw these challenges, will never bother with them anymore”? I don’t even think that majority of fan base or players actually even care about these challenges, to even complain about them.

Right, by all means, I don't expect them to go all the way down to please people like me. Like my original post and other post said, my opinion is that hopefully they can go somewhere, little in between, at least, to please mostly everyone perhaps?!

There are enjoyable challenges, and there are painful challenges. I didn't have any trouble with the challenges in the main game, but the ones in the Mars DLC were awful. I prefer a challenge to be a test of skill, not making the player try multiple starting conditions (should I jump into the air to start? run off the edge? jump and jetpack?) and try to figure out an exact combination of things to meet the exceedingly tight tolerances of timing, elevation, etc. When you're failing to complete a run because it takes you literally a second or two more to make it to a point than the devs allowed, that's not enjoyable, and it's really not a test of skill.
I could even deal with that, if it weren't for the fact that every single time you fail you have to get the failure message, wait several seconds for the loading screen, watch the loading screen for 5-10 seconds (why would we need a loading screen to move the player back 100m?), wait for the 'get ready' message and let it count down before we can try again. You end up spending more time waiting for the game for each trial than actually trying it. You try the stunt for ten seconds, and wait 20 for it to allow you to try again. Absolutely infuriating. You really get the impression that they didn't bother testing the missions (or much of the rest of the DLC, really).

I am also a completionist but after trying a couple of those Nixon runs I just thought F' them, they are not worth my time and effort.

It is not about being easy or hard, it is just that they are no fun at all.
