The Last Best Resting Place (Perk Magazine)

Southeast of Ghost Cat Mine, and just east of Dead Man's River is a small cemetary. At the south end is a grave covered in weathered planks. Destroying these wood planks will expose an empty grave, except it is not empty. I contains ammo, a bullet proof vest and a Perk Magazine. The Perk Magazine was extremely hard to pick up. It appeared wedge under one of the planks, and the camera view even when crouching refused to access the take (x) icon so I could pick it up. I thought a remote explosive might shake things up a bit, but it didn't. Though after using it, when I approached the empty grave again, I did see the "take" icon briefly appear. Apparently the position one needs to be in, in order to pick up this item, is not in the grave, but just on the edge of falling into it. I hope this helps others.
