Worth the Price? Also base or Gold?

I have enough for the Base game on my account and I can put some more on for the Gold edition. Is this game worth the price? And if so should I go for the gold edition or just the base game?

Base game is all you need.

DLC's were boring and the deluxe pack is unlockable with the resistance mod. So only buy gold if you think you want the crappy DLC's.


Although gold does include zombies, and it's Halloween afterall... ;)

Not worth it at all...

read my review. just reinstalled after like a year and a brand new PC build.

same granite error after putting a couple hours into it finishing the intro. something to do with Ubi's cloud saves. no other Ubi game does this but Far Cry 5 is the biggest disappointment I've had in 20+ years of gaming.

I think the base game is worth at sale price but the DLC was mostly awful. Only the Hours of Darkness was passable but more as a bare bones, proof of concept for a Far Cry Vietnam game, the other two I thought were dreadful.

There were lots... just google it. Most of us gave up over a year ago and just let the game die. I built an entirely new PC, reinstalled the game and still got the same error. Completely unable to play.

Worthless game. Something to do with Ubis cloud system but they never acknowledged it or offered a fix.

Forgot to mention, I was holding off buying this game until I upgrade my specs, but how would it run if I got it today? Specs are 1050 ti, ryzen 3 1300x and 8gb ram

Your specs are almost the same as mine so im gonna guess 40fps no mathher the graphics settings

Eh I was hoping for at least 50 on low :P But I guess if the 40 remains on Ultra then thats decent. Might hold off for a bit until an upgrade since I like 60 fps minimum
