What's the point of Oregano and Liquor?

So uh, in the utility wheel, next to all the Homeopathics there are two weird things: Liquor and Oregano. Liquor is crafted from Liquor, Oregano is crafted from Oregano.

From the fact that I doubt people in the U.S. carry around their Oregano in a ziplock bag, and the weird comment on brownies, as well as the warping effect you get from consuming Oregano, I have reason to believe that it is something entirely different.

But what's the point of these two? I just consumed 12 bottles of liquor and all I got was a warped screen effect. Is this good for anything at all? Why is it there?

Oregano is mary jane, I assume they couldn't say that due to promoting a real drug. Bliss is fictional, so no issue there.

But since its not mentioned specifically in the game, calling it Bliss makes it safe and doesn't suddenly brainwash kids into using real drugs if they used the real name. :)

LIquor is used to make molotovs

oregeno has some sort of use, since it's available on the same crafting menu where you can make the other 'enhanchers', i just never used it or tried it

But there's a liquor consumable, an alternative use for liquor that is NOT molotovs. Drinking them gives a blurry effect but that's all Ive found out so far.

I'm just really asking myself what this stuff would be good for, as it doesn't seem to do anything special but just blur your screen. Maybe liquor helps against skunk spray? Maybe Oregano negates the bliss visual effect? I really don't know, that's why I asked here.

You can use liquor for crafting molotovs, or drink it to become drunk, because why not.
Oregano is basically weed, but they changed the name since some people would have been butt hurt about ''there being drugs in the game'', dunno why it's added in the first place, but for funsies i guess since you are able to drink the liquor too.

the "oregano" increases your pain threshold (health) for 10min it was the pre-drug to the chems that twitch gives you. It's kinda funny that they had to hide the cannabis as a spice, shows that they think people are dumb and wouldn't get the concept.

And it's not that the devs think people are stupid. It's because in many countries it's illegal to promote any kind of drug use. Changing name for something fictional (bliss) or some non-drug related(oregano) will help to circumvent the laws.

Its like the movie rating system, some things are under strict regulations for games that don't allow certain real world things to be in a game.

Its not just ubisoft, its all game companies that are regulated. Since you've shared that you require medication to play this game because of your multiple conditions, maybe you should take some time away from playing.

Not all, there is a lot of games with weed in it but I guess Ubisoft doesn't do that

Even though I have stated that I am diagnosed with both Asperger Syndrome and ADHD it doesn't mean I HAVE to be on medication... in fact I recently went cold turkey after two years on Concerta (prescribed) because of some of the side effects it had on me and I intend to stay non-medicated from now on...
