on lower resolutions u will not see a big difference, only at 4k...

Nope, there is no HD Texture Pack in Uplay store. Just done verifying game and no dlc.

I downloaded and installed game today, few hours ago. Download size was around 32 gb.
I have game on Uplay account.

New patch is not even in my far cry 5 game news in Uplay app.

Just the HD texture pack update alone was a 29GB download for me. My FC5 folder is now 72.7GB. If all you got was a 32GB download for the whole game, then you definitely couldn't have gotten the HD Pack. It shows it in my FC5 Overview > Owned DLCs with an Uninstall button in Uplay: https://imgur.com/a/KGfhnX5

On topic: I notice the difference at 1600p. They're just a bit crisper. It's a lot like FCPrimal's HD Pack and is really only easily noticable at resolutions greater than 1080p.

Dude, I don't have season pass. That's the reason why I didn't got HD texture pack. There is no owned dlc tab in my game overview

I have told you already.
Not owning season pass has nothing to do with the latest patch, and your issue not having the HD texture pack.
Also you already own season pass content except outfits.
There is nothing else in SP.
