song in game, but not listed anywhere

There is one song that i have heard playing on the boomboxes and on cars driving by that i haven't been able to find on any list of songs from the game. it has a girl singing and the only words i can remember from the song is her saying "i want it now, don't make me wait".

aanyone know the name of this song? I listened to every song listed here:

it's a punkish sounding rock song, pretty sure it's not a cult song, but i dunno. it's been a while since i've heard it so i don't remember too much else. the vocals seem kind of distorted, like fuzzyish when the girl is singing sometimes.
