Game running in background but won't let me open the window

I haven't had this issue before with any game purchased from steam. I get no error codes and I can hear the background music of the game if I click on the item in my task bar. The game clearly boots up but I can't open the window.

I do meet the system requirements. Windows 10

I have tried a few things so far:
Checked the cache files through steam. All good.
Disabled my kaspersky AV and restarted.
I have tried closing and disabling certain apps/programs and restarted.
The task view has the game title but no sample image like other open pages.

Any ideas would be extremely appreciated.

click on the game icon on task bar (while its running) and then press Alt+Enter

That didn't do anything for me. What else can I try?

if you open task manager, does the game says running or not responding?

yea another task manage solution, open it, go in detail, right click the game, end task. if it dosent work try whit (sorry not sure mine is in french but it say's ''arborescance du processus'') task tree*?
should work
