Sacrifice the Weak mission
Do you have to kill all of the enemy? When you get to the big room where you pick up the machine gun before you enter, do you have to kill every here, and do you have to kill the ones up the stairs in the back room to complete the mission. Can you try to just to make it to the the upper room and bypass trying to kill everyone in the big ground floor room

No, just run through. Shooting certain ones right ahead of you will only help though, since not only do you take less damage and get slowed down, you gain more time on the clock for each one you "vaporize". Just keep moving forward, and watch for those guys hiding "behind you" around those corners. I just grabbed each gun as I came to it and avoided having to do any reloading.
