I'm In the Deep North Water Treatment Plant and have destroyed the pump station closes to the fence. Can you tell me how to get into the second one ?

There's a palette and junk covering it in the pool shoot the gas jug beside the junk pile in the pool.

Drain the water, then go down and through the pipe into the next section. In there one of the pipes is blocked with stuff.

Destroy the blockage by shooting it or using explosives, then go into the pipe.
