Have to laugh though as none seems to know what a real Christian is. But see, that's the side effect of the Simpsons and games like this, they inoculate the carenots against something before they encounter it. And of course its entertainment stupid, but with a lasting benefit for those that don't care to think for themselves past what feels good.
Kind of like how cnn, cnbc & washington post censors out any news that reflects positively on Trump, America, Christians, Pro-Life, Patriotism and most other anti-PC propaganda items. Socialists love it when only their side is broadcast. Anything that doesn't fit their agenda is racist or ignorant. You know, like the insults listed out above post after post, without any solicitation other than an innocent question. But that's how radicals are, they get triggered so easily these days, as seen over and over again above.
Been playing the game for a little bit now and its pretty much what I thought it would be. Lots of disrespecting Christ's name, plenty of attempting to make anything Bible or Christian look like some insane radical muslim march against humanity. It is refreshing to see the contrast between the average people in the game that need rescuing from the cult at least.
And before the bigots tirade yet again, have you all ever noticed how it is only Jesus Christ's name that is dragged through the mud like some insult?
I mean, you never see anyone blurt out anything like, " devil dammit", or "allah dammit" etc... Must be something truly special about the title and name Jesus Christ. It sure is treated differently than all the religious names that are protected and respected by the PC crowd today.
My 2¢ Love it or tolerate it.
However people are misusing the word bigot to attack people and using the word in such a way that means "if you don't think how you're supposed to think you're a bad person."
Much of this is driven by the mainstream media and a very liberal-hollywood passing their politics on through various forms of media.
As for why Christianity? Because it's a religion of people who generally aren't bad people and at most are going to "pray" for you. Whereas other religions Islam for example...well google Charlie Hebdo killings. Google "Draw Mohammad Contest Texas Shooting" Google "Steven Crowder CARE"
Admit it, you love it when it's about killing Allah's fanatics, but just when it's about a pseudo-christian sect (which is not christian at all), you go full ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and whine "muh America! muh values! muh Trump!! Damn you, dirty socialists! Damn you, dirty Liberals!!"
As a non-american, I'm always amazed how anal some americans can be.
Hello-oh, there's a whole world outside, not always sharing your point of view! Love it or tolerate it! just my two cents! ;)
True, but muslims also suffer from discrimination. Look up Israel (of course) but also Myanmar.
Not saying here a religion is better than another, okay? To my opinion, it's perfectly nice to have a religion... if you can keep it for yourself and not try to shove it down the throat of others. In fact, organized religions are the real cancer here on Earth, according to me.
What makes me laugh is that he is perfectly the "bad american", I mean, the one honestly thinking "I'm a kind of chosen by God, my way of life must be protected by all means, even if it means chaos everywhere else"...
My mother almost died about 10 years ago due to a Reformed freak what was my neighbour. She almost bled to death in her bedroom. Instead of getting help asap this freak desperately kept everyone away from my mother, to cover up what happened, at the cost of my mothers survival chances. It was a miracle that someone else warned me that something was wrong at my house, or I might never knew what happened.
My mother barely survived and after that the neighbour fully focused on manipulating my mothers
(and my) thoughts, visiting multiple times a day talking fear into my mother. "Forgive! Forget about it or even worse things could happen!" My mother was too weak becase of all the surgeries to use common sense.
But the freak never admitted she was the one who molested my mother, she took it to her grave (burn in hell witch). But the medical files showed the truth. Today we are still harassed by her family and in some way by her church.
So yep, if I want to shoot some religious lunatics, this is the game for me.
Religions aren't created equally. Jesus was a long haired Hippy that preached about love and turning the other cheek. Mohammad was a conquering warlord that put various other religions to death for the fun of it, had multiple wives include a 6 year old which he had beaten. It's all in the Quran. Some religions are responsible for great good.
Lots of hospitals are run by Catholic/Christian faiths, lots of orphanges/group homes, various humanitarian groups, I worked for a Christian group of doctors who would fly to Africa to perform cataract surgeries on those who couldn't ever dream of affording it or getting that type of care.
Something to consider we all know the jokes that surround Catholic Priests and their "problems" with sleeping with kids, and society on a whole has no problems labeling all priests are potentially bad people, but normal teachers are always landing on the news for having done inappropriate things with kids, why don't we label all teachers as pedos? I think I've seen more stories about normal teachers running away with kids then I have of Priests doing it.
Also Israel discrimination example doesn't really work out when both sides are fighting against each other. How many Muslims being discriminated against support Hammas that calls for genocide of Jews.
I'm gonna go ahead and repost the video I posted earlier because it's so relevant.

Get out of the rat race folks. Stop bickering over religion and politics like you do over your favorite sports teams. This is real life, you can make the conscious decision to rise above the pettiness of the groupthink and embrace the fact that it's okay to be offended, it's healthy and it allows you to constantly challenge what you yourself believe in.
Christians aren't the enemy. Muslims aren't the enemy. Liberals aren't the enemy. Republicans aren't the enemy. Reality isn't color-coded into teams for you to pick and hate freely, everyone is an individual, everyone is the same.
Or are you too comfortable for all that? Too attached to the system that controls you?
Sorry to burst your bubble, but im Muslim countries, most charity and social work is run by islamic organizations.
Saying one religion is better than the other based on extremist examples doesn't get you anywhere. There are plenty examples of extremist Christian and even Jewish groups that are hateful to other groups. It's really more about the fanatical and fundamentalist way of thinking than about proving that a certain holy book is "better" than the other.
Do you even understand that Christianity comes from the Hebraic religion, and that Islam itself comes from both Christianity and Hebraic religion? So Mohammad was only a guy who was convinced HIS version of the religion was the most up-to-date and thus should be the one followed.
A bit like some people vilify Windows XP users for not having surrendered to Windows 10, for example. :p
And what was said in a later post is true: in islamic areas, most charities are run by islam. Like for example in christian Ireland, most of charities are run by... you guess it, the Christian church.
So, there is no greater good from one or the other religions. Every religion in the world has blood on its hands.
