Faith seed story mission

I was walking up raptor peak and faith appeared... She had a story mission over her head but she disappeared before I could go up to her ..was this just a glitch or is there a secret mission

Was she looking angry when you spotted that? This is basically the final story mission in Henbane River where you have to fight her.

I didn't get a good look at her... I haven't actually finished her region yet so I don't think it would be the final mission

Ah, sorry...I mistook it for one of her mid-story missions. The final mission will have you automatically teleported to the fight area, my bad.

So yes, when it happens, you must interact with her to do one of her story missions, I think the situation you witnessed is this:

It'll say you've been blessed, then there will be traps, like hostages with bliss clouds around them. If you don't trip any of the traps Faith will show up as usual with a mission icon over her head. If you don't fall for that eventually any contact with bliss will trip the sequence, like if you get too close to Bliss field or go in the water. If you somehow avoid that it will just activate based on your RP level.
