When you kill one of the Seeds, can you still do side quests/missions in that area?

Just wondering if all the missions are still doable when you kill one of the seeds. There's a lot of them I still want to do, but I'm getting really close to filling the bar and having to take on a seed sibling. Been too scared to lose the opportunity to do other missions though! Thanks for any help!

if you kill one of the seed and destroy their bunker becasue your a badass some mission may be automaticly be completed or just removed from the map forever ex for both side in john seed reiligon the mission you have to bring some oil and the mission "light them up" will automaticly be completed while in jacob religon if you complete jacobs the mission "Set free" (i think that it was called) will be removed from existance so i recommend completing that mission before jacob will play his music box because hes lazy to come and grab you himself

Okay, so another question. If you gain enough points in one of their territories, are you forced to immediately kill them, or can you keep doing missions until you take a final mission? In other words, are you forced into the final mission when you have enough points in the territory or can you choose to do it on your time? Thanks again!

faith and jacob are forced but im not sure about john seed an airplane blew up for some reason so i had rto run to nick and rye and john seed said something like im able to do whatever the hell i want while hes up there but idk you can try to choose what to do on your own time while john seed practicing his tricks of flying or something


Edit:its one of those moments where you cant read lol yeah i readed it wrong what the real awnser was you have to fill up that sweet resistance bar in order to take em down

I believe there's a few missions in each region that dissapear once you fill up the resistance meter and liberate it. The only one really worth doing is the revelator mission in John's region where you basically fight a giant armored cult truck. Even if you miss some of these missions, it's not reflected in the final mission count for a region so don't worry.
