How to disable Anti-cheat ?
It conflicts with my trainer. Will the game still run, if I just delete the anti-cheat file?

You can not disable EAC anti-cheat, and if you delete it, the game will not run.
There are trainers on site as mentioned in this thread https://steamcommunity.com/app/552520/discussions/0/1734333281939635403/#c1734333281939716914
They have to be started first be for starting the game, and will run only in singleplay
