Health system?
Been thinking of picking up this game since it looks pretty fun and I have heard mostly positive things, but how is the health system? I don't feel like going around collecting or crafting health packs all the time. Is it something like call of duty-regen or more like wolfenstein?

Buy or find it.

They're just laying around. You can also buy them from shops.
