I am doing the war on drugs quest and I need to destroy drug boats and drug trucks but I can't find any?

hola! also looking for answer, however best way is to look for them (if u got helicopter with machine gun its easy toshoot, but hard to find also). I assume best way is to keep looking, i got all trucks and 3 boats

If anyone has issues getting trucks for this mission, fast travel to Lorna's Truck Stop and put a waypoint like on the screenshot below.

Grab the truck at the truck stop and drive all the way to the waypoint tunnel, I drove this road 3 times and all 3 times i got a truck to spawn in the last 1000 meters. Proof in the next screenshot.

Took maybe 15mins to get my last 3 trucks.
