How do I get rid of perks?

I got Sneaky Sprint and it is making it so I can't crouch and no-scope. This is really pissing me off to the extent that I'm considoring just restarting the game. Any way I can get rid of the perk without a total game reset.

Don't sweat it, youll be swimming in points if you take a look at the challenges menu. Catch a trout, point. Skin a deer, point. Kill 10 enemies with a pistol three points. Just cycling through weapons to get the first tier rewards will net you nearly 25 points. Plus every variety of game and fish are worth points as well.

Nice necro, but just complete a few more of the challenges and quests to get more perk points. if you do that, you can have all the perks unlocked before you complete the game.
