Grace- Drug trucks/ boats

anybody else having a hard time finding these? I've almost finished with grace, on the final part with her, but i'm unable to finish the main mission, when i first started I had no trouble finding the trucks, but as time went on they seem to of vanished, glitch or am I missing something obvious here?

Haven't found a single drug boat, however I managed to finish the truck part. I forgot what the trucks are called, but the icon looks like a mini explosion on top of them, or at least it did for me.

Silver lake had all the boats in my play though.

The boats and trucks still spawn after you kill Grace so you never lose the ability to complete the mission. In fact, they continue to spawn after the mission is done.

I had a hard time finding the last few boats as well, I just progressed further in the game, got a helicopter then went back and did a few laps of the waterways.

just do what i did. progress through the story normal and destroy them when you see them
