Won't let me finish downloading the game.
Steam won't even let me download it. Had it pre-loaded for a few days before release and when I go to play it Steam launches it's "First Launch" thing and then it didn't unpack the files. Just sitting at 21.3/23.5 GB. I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it does the same thing. Didn't think I would even need to download anything since you know, I preloaded it, but here I am. Not playing the game.

The I only way I found to fix it was to completely uninstall and reinstall steam. This includes uninstalling all your games as well unfortunately :(

have you tried restarting steam?

I preloaded the game then it repeatedly stopped unpacking so I uninstalled to reinstall and then it stopped at the same amount as above. So I tried again then it stopped again at the same amount.

My friend is having same issue. Tried everything to resolve the connection time out error (uninstall/reinstall game/steam, clear download cache, changing download servers, all basic support options) Still sitting at 90%, exact same 21.3/23.5GB as OP. Why has this not been addressed yet?
